Relational Trauma Therapy that helps you find your most authentic self…
You developed patterns that helped you navigate the parts of life that felt out of your control. Those patterns taught you to avoid conflict, bury your emotions, and stay out of the way. You anticipate everyone’s needs before they ask, you take on more than you realize in the moment, and you ask for little in return because you don’t want to be an inconvenience.
You are the mom friend, the responsible sibling, the third parent that everyone relies on without a second thought. Even when you try to make time for yourself, you reach the end of the day having said yes to everyone but you. You’ve watched your family sacrifice so much for stability and success, and now you feel responsible for holding on to everything they’ve built, even if it isn’t the life you want for yourself.
After years of not making waves, you may find yourself wondering: “Who am I outside of what I do for others?”
Set boundaries without fear
Face conflict with grace and confidence
Advocate for yourself and communicate effectively
We can do that together by stopping the patterns that lead to…
Feeling responsible for the actions and emotions of others
Putting the needs of others above your own
Sacrificing your wants, over-apologizing, and avoiding conflict all together
It is possible to live a life where you can…

Meet Georgina Kasih, LCSW
Hello, I’m Georgina. I help adults heal from relational trauma so they can reconnect with themselves, their relationships, and the life they want to create. As an experienced provider in the areas of identity formation, family conflict, and unhealthy relationships dynamics, my focus is to help you heal from relational wounds in order to access your most authentic self.
In our work together, we can explore how past relationships, family dynamics, and intergenerational patterns may be shaping how you see yourself and relate to others. I can help you develop the ability to connect to yourself and others in ways that feel more aligned with who you are. You’ll be able to set and maintain boundaries, build stability and self-trust, and recognize the unhealthy patterns that keep you from living a more meaningful life.
I believe you shouldn’t have to choose between belonging and being yourself. Therapy can be a space to process old wounds, make sense of your experiences, and build the confidence to make choices that reflect your own values and needs. My hope is to help you honor where you come from while creating relationships and a life that feel genuinely and authentically yours.
What is Relational Trauma Therapy?
Relational Trauma Therapy is a type of therapy that focuses on healing wounds created within significant familial, romantic, and plutonic relationships. These wounds are often experienced as betrayal, emotional misattunement, chronic abuse and neglect. Wounded relationships are often characterized by miscommunication, high conflict, mistrust, and difficulties with boundaries.
You don’t have to keep carrying the patterns that once helped you feel safe when you had no other choice. We can honor why they developed while creating space for something new: a version of you that can approach decisions, relationships, and life with greater confidence, clarity, and freedom.
Let’s get started!
You don’t have to go through this alone…
Book a Free Consultation
The first step is a free 15-minute consultation where we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work toward, and how I could support you. This is an opportunity to get a feel for how I work, ask questions, and decide whether you’re ready to take the next step. You can book your free consultation here.
Schedule Your First Session
If we decide to work together, we’ll take care of the administrative details and find a weekly appointment time that fits your schedule. From there, we’ll begin creating a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and start exploring what you need.
Begin Your Healing Journey
Therapy can be a place to understand the experiences and patterns that have shaped you while creating new possibilities for how you want to live and engage. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-trust, healthier relationships, and the confidence to build a life that feels more fulfilling and authentic.

I am currently considered to be an out of network mental health provider.
As such, I can provide you with a superbill each month to give to your insurance. Many clients are able to get reimbursed through their insurance’s out of network benefits. Please check with your insurance regarding your benefits.
Working with an “out of network” therapist means that:
-You can feel at ease knowing that your mental health information is confidential and not shared with insurance companies.
-You don’t have to worry about limits to sessions. We can work together as long as you need in order to complete your goals.
-We can focus on what feels like a priority to you, without fearing disruptions from insurance issues.
-Intentional and personalized care is determined by your needs, and not just what your insurance covers.

I meet with my clients once a week for 50-minutes.
Throughout my time as a practitioner I have seen that weekly therapy is what creates a container for helpful and consistent work.

Our first session is an opportunity to begin getting to know one another, complete any necessary paperwork, and talk about what you’d like to get from therapy. In the beginning, you may spend some time sharing the experiences, relationships, and life events that have shaped you, which helps me understand your story and where you are today. As we continue, we’ll regularly pause to reflect on how therapy is feeling for you and make adjustments together so our work remains meaningful and aligned with your goals.
